Madiran is a neighborhood wine bar featured on Wine Spectator's 2024 list for top restaurants. Seeking a passionate and motivated Sous Chef interested in growing their culinary skills. Previous experience in a Sous Chef role is ideal. They should be organized, creative, punctual, and most importantly passionate about food.
This is an on the line Sous Chef position, additionally, they will be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the kitchen, ordering and contributing to menu development.
Salary for Sous Chef will be commensurate with experience. Will be in the range of 50k-70k
Employment Benefits: 2 paid vacations - 2 weeks in January and July, Closed every major holiday.
